Our company was founded in 1970 by Mr. Paul Simonson. The company was founded with the philosophy of providing top quality janitorial services through sound management principles and technical advances. This philosophy has allowed us to satisfy hundreds of customers allowing for tremendous growth for AMS. This growth has resulted in several million square feet of facilities to be maintained daily in retail, office and institutional buildings by trained professionals.
We believe that there are three keys to our success: Communication, Training, and Technology.
Communication is emphasized in all facets of our operation. We emphasize communication between our staff and between our staff and our customers.
Training is a top priority for our employees, this training consists of initial classroom training, on the job training and recurring training.
We are members of the “Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). This membership enables us to stay on the cutting edge of technology. This is evident in all aspects of our business, from administration to cleaning and maintenance techniques.
We have a management structure that ensures the ability to effectively manage and still be very responsive to our customers needs.
